Evidence
How to read Evidence
The book starts shaping the journey before its first exercise. Its opening pages set an expectation; Day 1 asks the reader to look inward. Through the following sections, repetition, reflection, and small choices gradually move the work from guided prompts toward independent judgment. By Day 90, the scaffolding falls away. Read the analysis in order to see how that progression is built, or enter at a question that interests you. The final references trace the research behind the ideas.
Explore the cognitive foundation of The 90-Day Thought Leader, from contextual priming and self-examination through integration after Day 90.
